I am 45 yrs old off work right now and my wife is 46 working fulltime. We have a 2 bedroom apartment in trout lake area and have a spare bedroom we are willing to rent. We also have a dog and we are both smokers. Included with room is a queen sized bed, 27 inch coloured tv with cable and wireless internet.
